The AMNA awards were created to recognize and celebrate the talent, energy, enthusiasm and support for and of the arts in Airdrie.  It is organized by Airdrie Arts and Culture Council (AACC)  along with many other dedicated volunteers within Airdrie.  Set against Airdrie’s stunning artistic achievements, the Mayor’s Night of the Arts brings artists, patrons, educators, and enthusiasts together for an evening of recognition, inspiration, and community spirit. It’s an opportunity to spotlight the individuals and groups who have elevated our arts scene, making Airdrie a beacon of creativity and cultural diversity.

The arts are the heartbeat of Airdrie, reflecting our community’s spirit, diversity, and resilience. From visual arts to performing arts, literature, music, and beyond, our artists inspire us, challenge us, and connect us in ways that transcend the ordinary. The Mayor’s Night of the Arts is our opportunity to say thank you—to acknowledge the hard work, dedication, and passion that fuel our city’s artistic endeavours.

On event date, six awards will be presented in various categories, to exceptional arts & culture contributors, volunteers and advocates.  This will be held during an evening, black tie affair at Bert Church Theatre, featuring live performances by some of Airdrie’s top entertainers.  This the ONLY Airdrie awards show that entertains as much as it honors.  Help us showcase the best our city has to offer and be a part of the “wow” factor!
